Hours of Operation
Exotic Lumber Inc. is open Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM EST, and Saturdays from 9:00AM-1:00PM EST. Please contact us during these hours for customer support or technical assistance.
We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal. For check, bank wires, or payment methods not mentioned, please contact us directly to inquire.
Shipping & Handling
Exotic Lumber Inc. offers competitive shipping to customers in the USA. For international orders and orders from Alaska and Hawaii, please inquire directly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address information, and may be responsible for additional charges or fees resulting from incorrect address information and/or complications in delivery.
Orders typically require no more than 1-3 business days of handling. Our shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination address.
After an order is placed, customers will receive an email containing tracking information. To track an order, please refer to www.usps.com, www.fedex.com, or www.ups.com.
For expedited shipping options or other special arrangements (i.e. large orders requiring LTL shipments), please inquire directly before placing an online order.
All returns are made on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the sole discretion of Exotic Lumber, Inc. To initiate a refund request, please contact us directly first.
Returns must be received by Exotic Lumber Inc. within 7 business days of delivery to the customer.
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with return packaging & shipping, and may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned items are subject to Inspection to ensure that the quality and quantity of products received, match that of the products sold.
Inspections determine refund eligibility and typically require 48 hours to complete. Customers will be notified of refund eligibility by email, and where applicable, issued refunds. Refunds are typically credited to customer accounts within 10 business days (some banks may vary). Customers issued refunds are not subject to restocking fees.
Please note that Returns, Refunds, and Inspections can only be conducted during aforementioned hours of operation and may be subject to delays from weekends or holidays.
